Stabilization of "IVL"

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL)'s IPO included
an over-allotment of 60,000,000 shares, which were borrowed from
Indorama Resources Limited. The shares were allocated
to investors through an over-allotment agent,
Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited, which seeks
to procure them through the SET to return to the lender
under the following conditions:

Stabilization Period : 5 February - 6 March 2010

Price Conditions:  The purchasing price of the over-allotment
must not be higher than any of the following:
         - the offering price (10.20 Baht) or:
         - the highest bidding price or:
         - the last trading price at the time

Sign Posting :  The SET will post an "ST" sign on the
security to inform investors of the stock's stabilization
during 5 February - 6 March 2010.

The procurement period may end before 6 March 2010
if the over-allotment agent can procure all of the
over-allotted shares and/or exercise a greenshoe option
to subscribe for shares from Indorama Resources Limited.

ได้แจ้งตลาดหลักทรัพย์ว่าบริษัทได้ดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อ

SET adds new listed securities: SMT

  The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) reported that the SET's board
has granted a listing of common shares of Stars Microelectronics (Thailand)
Public Company Limited from September 24, 2009 onwards.

  The SET has set common shares of Stars Microelectronics (Thailand)
Public Company Limited, amounting to 368,000,000 shares with a par value
of Baht 2 per share totaling of Baht 736,000,000 to be traded on the
SET under Technology, Electronic Components sector and
using the trading name of "SMT" commencing from September 24, 2009.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) reported that the SET's board
has granted a listing of common shares of Bangkok Life Assurance Public
Company Limited from September 25, 2009 onwards.

The SET has set common shares of Bangkok Life Assurance Public
Company Limited, amounting to 1,200,000,000 shares with a par value
of Baht 1 per share totaling of Baht 1,200 million to be traded on the
SET under the group of Financials, the sector of Insurance and
using the trading name of "BLA" commencing from September 25, 2009.
